COUNTERTERRORISM
Mr. Marks has been priviliged to appear as a featured lecturer at numerous national-level symposiums and conferences such as the 2004 Washington DC Homeland Security Symposium where he lectured, in concert with the Pentagon reconstruction program, on Emergency Response in High Security Facilities to an audience that included such figures as Undersecretary of Homeland Security Asa Hutchinson.

Mr. Marks serves as an Adjunct Professor in the George Washington University College of Forensic Science, lecturing on chemical and biological terrorism.

In addition to these duties, Mr. Marks has had the great honor of serving such prestigious figures as Ambassador L. Paul Bremer III and the Marsh Crisis Academy, as well as such diverse figues as President Teodoro Obiang of Equatorial Guinea, in the areas of counterterrorism and executive protection.

Mr. Marks has been called to appear as an Expert Witness before such legislative bodies as the California General Assembly and Maryland Public Safety Commission to testify on matters regarding terrorist threats to public safety, and co-authored the Los Angeles Commission Report on Fifty Caliber Rifles. He has appeared on both television and radio as a guest speaker on the subject of terrorism.

Mr. Marks has also been called upon to lecture at such diverse venues as the Fire Department Instructor's Conference in Indianapolis, the
Red Rocks 3D Symposium in Zion National Park, Utah, and at the Bowne Financial Seminar held in the American Press Club Building, Washington DC.
