INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA
Mr. Marks led the design and development of a number of state-of-the-art interactive training programs for law enforcement, emergency response, military, intelligence and special operations personnel. Collectively, these programs have been integrated into state-mandated training and certification programs in over 27 states with international adoptions ranging throughout Europe, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, South Africa and Australia. Agency and academy adoptions include the National Fire Academy, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, the American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers, and the International Fire Safety Training Association. They are in use by the Armed Forces of the United States as well as several friendly nations.

Interactive titles, which employed advanced 3D, virtual reality and simulation technologies, include:

Hazardous Materials: Managing the Incident

SafetyOn

Propane Emergencies (NPGA National-level program)

Universal Space Lines (for astronaut Charles "Pete" Conrad)

Theradynamics Mobile Medical System

High Frontier - U.S. Strategic Defense Initiative

In addition, Mr. Marks designed the USMC Expeditionary Force sniper simulation component for the TacOps4 tactical combat simulator system in use by the United States, Australian and New Zealand Armed Forces.

Mr. Marks designed and developed the interactive multimedia training program Times Square 2000 for the Federal Bureau of Investigation as part of that agency's Y2K counterterrorism training initiative.

SPECIAL EFFECTS
Mr. Marks designed and produced a wide range of clinically-accurate traumatic injury prosthetics and special effects for a number of national-level paramedic training programs to include such titles as
Brady Emergency Care as well as Prehospital Emergency Care and Crisis Intervention. Complex, Hollywood-style photo scenarios included motorboat propellor injuries, wrecked cars with downed live power lines and numerous compound fractures, punctures and amputations. These skills were put to use when serving as training officer on a Hazardous Materials / Special Operations Team in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

He also produced pyrotechnic effects for the award-winning independent motion picture Diamond Farm, by Christopher and Greg DeSantis.
