3D MODELING AND ANIMATION
Mr. Marks became involved with the world of 3D modeling and virtual reality at the onset of the VR revolution, working with the first versions of programs like Pixar Renderman, LightForge and Strata Studio Pro long before modern-day workhorses like Lightwave and Maya were even considered. Leveraging the capabilities of emerging virtual reality technologies in his defense-sector work, Mr. Marks designed or developed a number of cutting-edge simulations which have been embraced by instructors and criminal forensic experts nationwide.

At the peak of these endeavors, Mr. Marks co-founded Node-1, a virtual reality developer's group which was sponsored by Apple Computers in the Reston, VA federal headquarters. Node-1 participants included virtual reality experts from Lockheed, Martin-Marietta, Hughes Aerospace, Northrop-Grumman and other defense industry specialists in the metropolitan Washington DC area.

As a result of his success in this arena, Mr. Marks served as a featured speaker at the Strata, Inc. sponsored Red Rocks 3D SYmposium held in the scenic Zion National Park. In addition, he was included in the national advertising campaign "Strata Studio Professionals".
